Clients post jobs for free and receive proposals from freelancers. Freelancers build a profile, send proposals and get hired.
Every project gets a Project Tracker: a payment plan split into stages, a chat, files and an activity log that can't be edited. Both sides always know what was agreed, what was delivered and what was paid.
How payment works
Clients pay freelancers directly, stage by stage, and both sides confirm each payment on SideJobWorks. We don't hold or move project money and we don't take a cut.
Because the money doesn't pass through us, we protect both sides with records and reputation: payment history on profiles, automatic rules when someone stops responding, and a strike system for people who break agreements.
Free to use
Posting jobs, sending proposals and running projects is free. The site is supported by ads. We may add optional paid features later, such as a Pro plan; the core features stay free.
