Keep everything on SideJobWorks

Only chats, files and confirmations on SideJobWorks count as evidence if something goes wrong. If someone pushes you to WhatsApp, Telegram or email early, be careful.

Agree on stages before starting

Use a staged payment plan with a small deposit. Freelancers: don't send final files before the last stage is paid. Clients: don't pay a stage before you've seen the work for it.

Never pay to get a job

No real client asks for a registration fee, training fee or deposit from a freelancer. Report it straight away.

Protect your accounts

Never share passwords, one-time codes or banking logins. SideJobWorks will never ask you for them.

Use the record

Mark payments with a transfer reference, attach receipts, and describe each delivery when you request a stage. If something goes wrong, open an issue from the Project Tracker.

Report problems

Use the Report link on any job, profile, message or review. Safety reports go to the top of our queue.
